Training-Access Management System (TAMS)
TAMS is a productivity tool that allows CAES residents and researchers to easily manage their CAES training and access to CAES and its laboratories. The required training is as follows:
- CAES Facility Training (all residents and lab workers)
- Core Lab Training (required for all labs except the Advanced Visualization Lab)
- Individual Lab Training (above and beyond the core lab training)
The training is designed to make researchers more productive and keep them safe. The information in TAMS is used as the basis for granting unescorted access (i.e. programming CAES access cards), so it is important you keep current on your required training.
TAMS also provides access to optional online training that may be assigned on a project basis or taken as a best practice.
